Pain Free Nottingham
I had been having a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder. It was getting worse and I couldn't sleep at night. It was a rather different treatment to anything i've had before but so worth it . After a few treatments I am pain free and can now sleep which is amazing. I can definitely say if I ever suffer with anything else in the future I will be going back here.

Pain Free Nottingham
I went to pain free as I couldnt move my arm much at all and suffered pain in it. Cheryl put me at ease and explained everything about the treatment and what she would be doing. I cannot recommend her enough. I now have full range back in my arm which i never thought i would have again. Thank you

Pain Free Nottingham
I went to pain free Nottingham last night unable to stand up properly due to back pain. I had a 2 hr session which was a very unique experience. By the end although I still had pain I was able to stand up straight. This morning, I am able to move more freely although I still need to be careful, I am looking forward to my next sessions as I cant wait to pain free.
