Previously car salesmen always tried to sneak in extra charges on the final paperwork which she always spotted before signing the contract. Also salesmen over promised on things they knew they could not deliver, but said anyway just to get a sale.My wife actually said our time at Midlands Motors and working with Shaz and his team was a stress free buying experiences. Very reliable and truthful dealer that can be trusted.I do not hesitate to recommend this business to every intending customer.Found my present car online, contacted Adeel who took me through the car conditions via WhatsApp video as parked in his garage highlighting the pros and cons and how fixing it either by me or himself will affect the net price of the car.Conclusively, we agreed for the car to be delivered when the minor repairs were completed and true to what he told me I have no regrets till date.

Replies to messages claiming to not be the same dealer. This IS the same dealer and will be taking legal action... Original review - 3 hours to collect a car. Assured a 28 day warranty on engine and gearbox. Repairs required for 2 parts with 2 weeks of purchase and they refuse to answer messages. Dishonest.

Comfortable place to buy a second hand car. Adeel was fixed on price, as he considered it decent according to Auto Trader's valuation.The service was great though - as often is, I didn't want to sit in the office sorting out insurance for 2h before I could drive off, so the team drove my new purchase home on trade plates for me. Also threw in a year's breakdown, 6 month warranty, and are going to be paying for a MOT at a garage of their choice later as they didn't feel it was fair to sell me a car with only 4 months to go. I'm happy.

We drove up from South Devon to the first garage and after visiting the garage who advertised a similar vehicle that turned out not to be as good as the advert we visited Adel and his garage and immediately felt welcome and the vehicle (Toyota Hi Lux) he had for sale actually was better than the photos.The whole buying experience was made easy and nothing was to much trouble Adeel sorted out the finance and we drove the Toyota away that day back to Devon.I would highly recommend Midland Motors as they have a long History in the Trade and a wealth of Knowledge very genuine Company to deal with.Wishing you all the best for the future.Tony
