Having bought a house with HAUS and finding them very efficient we decided to use them to sell our property. Ian came out to value and he was realistic, helpful and knowledgeable. The Portal that they use to give up to date information on viewings, offers etc is fantastic but it has not removed the personal touch, they are friendly and helpful and always happy to answer any queries. The whole team have been outstanding and seem to really love what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haus homes Sheffield.

Typically you speak to several estate agents when deciding to sell your house. We went with Haus as David was honest, pragmatic, and knowledgeable about the market, and clearly had a huge amount of experience. Then, onto dealing with Olivia, who eventually handled both our sale and purchase. Proactive, enagaging, and helpful, she made the whole experience fantastic. Highly recommend Haus.

Fantastic company to deal with. David came to value our house, he explained what to expect and the position we need to be in to make our offers on new houses more favourable.When we found a house we wanted, Haus got our house on the market really quickly.Becky and Heather dealt with our sale, but most importantly were always available to guide on how to negotiate when bidding on houses.When we had formed a chain we found one solicitor was very slow, Becky kept nudging the chain forward to complete in around 10 weeks and be in our new home by Christmas.I would be happy to recommend Haus when moving home.

Top agents for buying a house in Crookes. I've spent the last 6 months looking for property and had experience of most of the agents around - Haus were far and away the nicest and most efficient - noticeably more professional than the others. I never thought I would say this about estate agents but Haus were brilliant! I was highly impressed by the service received from the initial advice and valuation, marketing and negotiations. I was kept up to date promptly on all developments and found the portal very useful in tracking progress. All staff who I dealt with were highly professional, helpful and informative but I must make special mention of Heather who went above and beyond.
