We did not have to deal with them much ever since we have been renting our flat, Untill recently when we lost our keys out of office hours but to our surprise they still responded and sort us out.Really great to see people still have that much care for others and can go that extra mile.

A very lovely and helpful agency! As a tenant who was seeking a property to rent, they took the time to help me and were very polite and trustworthy. Haroon especially was great, was quick to respond whenever I had any questions and he went above and beyond, cannot thank him enough. Even took the time to help settle myself and my family down and quickly took care of any issues (although minor) with the new property.Highly recommend this agency if you’re looking to rent a property :)

Absolutely diabolical company, gave them a property to manage and apart from collecting their fees they did nothing else, in 4 years never visited the property and allowed it to fall into disrepair! Tenants are sick of dealing with them too.They don't reply back to either calls or emails, Haroon Raja is a disaster to deal with.Dishonest, unprofessional and utterly disgusting attitude. I do not recommend this company to any potential landlord.I am pretty certain that most of the positive reviews here are fake, there seems to be a pattern that every time someone leaves them an honest critical review they follow it with a flurry of positive ones.
