IMO Car Wash

I hear it helps to have attendants who can clearly speak and understand English, especially when clear, verbal instructions on how things are done and how to proceed are needed.Fortunately instructions are present, but hard to absorb when being waved through.

I use this carwash many times this hankridge as I believed its good and won’t scratch my car, but I am very disappointed today I was already in the middle when the machine stopped and this young lad went to check he didn’t explained what was going on then instructed me to drive, I did but my front wheel were skidding I’m not sure why and when your inside this facility I cannot see where my tires are and beside the car are the brush I want to be told in a proper way what to do instead this young lad kept shouting at me to drive and he was very rude so I opened my car window and asked him what’s going on but as if he doesn’t hear me and he just kept raising his voice to drive not happy with this service I don’t know this lad have a problem. I went to see this 2 lads face to face and then they told me there was a problem with their facility which this lad should have explained in the first place and should not raised his voice as I did nothing wrong I hope the management should check on this thank you.

Dreadful reception from an unhelpful young man who seemed very disinterested in helping me. I lined my car up and didn't have a clue how to put my car onto the rolling belt. Had to be rescued just in time before I think my chassis may have broken! £10.50 was a good price but considering the process was started by hand, my wheel trims were not 100% clean

Nice clean car what more can I say

Have been through this car wash in my car multiple times. Was told today not allowed to go through as I have a roof rack, which has been on the car every other time ive been through. No manager on site, and poor customer service from the 2 kids that were running the wash. Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I asked to see a manager and the kid just sat down and started playing with his phone

Disappointing. Could not reach lower parts and could not dry properly. As a result, after only one day, lots of spots in the mirrors. Poor quality wash. Staff were okay, no complain. But the overall quality of wash is very poor.I took the triple foam ***

Very very rude and unpleasant staff!!! They behave as if they worked there for some kind of punishment! They don't do their job properly, the car isn't clean!

We use this car wash regularly. The older man is helpful and enthusiastic but the young lad I’m guessing is his son is absolutely dreadful. I’ve honestly seen more life in a tramps vest. He grunts, never makes eye contact or barely speak. It’s like he doesn’t want to be there. Other than that the car wash is decent.

Serves its purpose, but lacks service and information. The staff do their job, but that’s about it. There’s not really much I can say, but it would be nice to have a bit more camaraderie between staff and consequently some thoughtful customer service, rather than just standing at the car window waiting for the customer to speak first.
