Chi is one of the best acupuncturist and herbal medicine doctor I have been in London. I have tried acupuncture for neck pain, digestion treatment with a mix of different herbs that she blended for me , and also tried 2 acupuncture sessions. i am amazed to notice already a lift and expression line reduction. Planning to go for more sessions for sure and I highly recommend her treatments. I would give 7 stars if I could !

I have been visiting Dr Chi at her practice intermittently in the past year for acupuncture treatments due to an ongoing chronic inflammation and muscular issue. From the first visit, Chi took a holistic approach to assessing the problem and evaluating the most efficient and treatment options for me. She not only wants to treat the symptoms but also correct all of the underlying issues which have culminated to the grand problem. Over the months, Chi also has shared a wide variety of advice on areas of nutrition, mental health and how to approach conventional medical examinations and results. She has been an excellent guide at times of uncertainty and approaches us client as a knowledgeable friend who is advising the best options for the long term, as opposed to a medical professional who just wants to treat the symptoms on a transactional basis. Chi often advocates for taking less remedies than more, and never gives unnecessary supplements as is the case for some other practitioners in London. She is always available to help out over all communication channels. I would recommend Chi to anyone!

Came to Chi with a horrible back pain, could hardly walk. She immediately spotted the issue and with a combination of deep tissue massage and acupuncture treatment after 1 hour I left the clinic feeling 10 times better!!!

The We Clinic has already changed my life for the better after just two visits. Chi is a miracle worker and the best acupuncturist I’ve been to in London. Originally made a visit with a yoga strain and felt pain free within a few days of treatment. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for acupuncture or the other services provided.

Chi is fantastic. She looks to understand the person and treat the root cause. I came for a knee injury caused by overuse in sport, and I felt better after a small number of sessions. I would highly recommend to anyone with sports injuries to compliment physio therapy or other treatment.

Myself and my husband both see Chi for any possible ailments and healings. She is a gifted healer, complimented with her warmth and knowledge. Specialising in hormone and fertility health.She has helped me get my cycle back and I feel blessed to have discovered her.

Had a hydrofacial by Chi. Very happy with the results. My face looked very clean and fresh after the treatment. It would be impossible to achieve the same results at home without the hydrofacial machine. Would strongly recommend it.

Edit: I'm not kate. Thanks for your reply thoughI feel guilty to leave a negative review amongst a sea of positive but the reality is it doesn't work for everyone. I read the reviews and went ahead and really wanted this to work. Chi is lovely but acupuncture simply didn't work for me. She said my pain was just in my head, to dismiss it like that was not helpful. Lesson learnt is reviews may be great online but it may not work for everyone. That's the sad reality, you just have to keep searching for what's works for you.

Best acupuncturist in London with a holistic approach, lots of experience and a comprehensive understanding of the human body. Highly recommend!
