These guys fitted me a combi boiler when my old boiler broke, it was a change over from a tank system and im very impressed. No issues at all with the work carried out, they came when they said they would, even over the Christmas period. All the work is neat, tidy and throughly checked and inspected. the whole service is excellent, even checked up with me after to make sure everything was ok. I cant recommend enough, ill be using roxby for all my future pluming and heating needs.

This was the first time which had used Roxby Heating Engineers and we were extremely happy. From the first telephone call until the work had been completed, everything was very professional.It was really appreciated to receive a telephone call informing us that the engineer was running approximately 20 minutes late for the initial appointment.For the repair works, the engineer arrived 5 minutes before the booked time and promptly wore protective shoe covers and started working with any bother. Was extremely polite and cleaned up afterwards.Without a doubt, we would definitely use this company again.

Could not be happier with the work done. Chris and mike are professional in every way and very friendly. They are always on time and respond very quickly if you have any kind of emergency. 100% would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Contacted on Friday evening to see if they could come to repair a leaking central heating pipe under wooden floor, booked in for Saturday morning, arrived early and job done within an hour for a very reasonable rate, Mike was very friendly, highly recommended.

These guys have been brilliant.My mum wanted the existing single radiators changed to doubles and as big as possible. Plus, remove the bizarre thermostat and put in a HIVE that I can monitor and assist with remotely.She'd already been turned down twice, essentially too hard or complex a job for the other plumbers to tackle.Chris arrived and took the job on.He did a superb job on everything, even the hard" pipework - which looked amazing when he'd finished.Thermostat was in and working.
