Had a carpet put on my stairs not even a year ago and it’s already coming up and moving wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Went into shop to arrange carpets, they came out and measured up, said they would contact me with a price. Heard nothing! Phoned several times, promised to phone me back with a price, heard nothing! Phoned for a fourth time and Spoke directly to Charlie who said he would phone me back with a price in half an hour——I’m still waiting a week later! Total waste of time - went elsewhere and had superb service.

Their attitude stinks. You can tell the quality of a company by how they deal with things when something goes wrong.We went into the store two weeks before Christmas. We had just had the hall, stairs and landing decorated. To finish the job, we needed new carpet. We went to a few shops, but given the proximity to Christmas, delivery was an issue. Carpet and Bed Warehouse said they could do it in time, and we ordered a low loop pile carpet with an Action Back". The reason for ordering that type of carpet was for additional durability on the stairs which are subject to horizontal movement. I can't remember the brand name
