WARNING - I was ambushed and robbed in broad daylight, there are multiple articles in the local Cambridge newspaper of similar victims stories. The authorities just don't want to know. Certainly not a welcoming place for students or families but rather a hostile, sterile, heavily controlled environment that encourages anti social behaviour.

It's a great neighbourhood! Lovely new buildings, lovely apartments! The design is great! Everything is modern, super clean - there is a gardener working almost daily, so everything is kept tidy and pretty. Sainsbury's nearby, so you can get anything you want daily. A lovely little bakery with some extremely nice people and tasty pastries. THE BUS IS AMAZING. It's frequent, it takes you to Cambridge railway station in less than 30 minutes, and you can even go to Addenbrookes too (about 45 mins). I LOVE THIS PLACE.

It is announced that it is a key worker housing at the University of Cambridge!You wait for months to get a property and when you try to leave they will charge you for everything!I left the property on the 27th and I was supposed to leave on the 1st of December.They asked me to pay extra rent for one week but I have to leave on the .Now I can’t claim the deposit till the 7th of December.No social life around! The bus is cancelled and late most of the time. My experience there was terrible, you only get a supermarket and an expensive cafe. Thats all. If you would like to live in hell it will be a great example.

Awful place. Like a concrete jungle maze. Impossible for courier drivers... more secure than MI5 no parking very poor layout.

If you have another option, avoid living here. The area looks great on photos but there is constant unannounced construction noise. Even on Sundays! People keep working right in front of your door which is all-glass. Management do not reply to emails. The flats are very nice and large, however, they already need regular visits from maintenance despite being so new. The best thing about the area is the big Sainsbury’s. Still, if I could, I’d move out.

Wonderful place to stay. The standard of living is great, people are nice, amenities are close by and its well connected to Cambridge.
