Terrible customer service. No patience at all, not listening to your option. Took the order for my son and left me talking to myself as I was telling her my order. When she finally returned, she rushed my order.Asked for a cold baguette, she threw it straight in the oven. Definitely not a pleasant experience and not buying from them again.

Amazing! As I took a bite out of my footlong chipotle sub with extra sauce and meat, my face shudders with delight and the world around me turns. My body goes into shock as to the legendary taste that has taken over my body... I finally get up after finishing my sub and thank the lord for what I have just witnessed!

Always a fresh sub, I only visit when I've been given vouchers and then it's good value for money. Seating area is always clean and the staff are pleasant here. Enjoyed the new cookie raspberry shortcake yum!!

It's Subway, what more does anyone need to know. The food is very much as you'd expect. The place has always appeared clean when I have been in and the staff friendly. Great if you want Subway, but Brackley does have better, non chain cafe's and restaurants that are far better and have more unique offerings than the expected in subway.

I just took my food but have to give a review immediately simply for one lady among them always super angry and anytime she sees me she frown her face to me and very rude of way talking to me. If you have problems leave them home not at work or else soon i will give you the worse. The other 2 ladies are so lovely and gives you a welcome.
