Always very pleased with anything purchased here and also had very nice tops as Christmas presents from family, purchased here.

I wanted to send my feedback after i visited but couldnt find my receipt to know who served me. I had excellent advice on my putting stroke and which putter suited me best from the choice i was looking at

Great staff, couldn’t do enough, ordered from another shop and did the ringing round to find what I wanted.

Staff are brilliant... Rhodri was excellent throughout welcoming and very clear and his knowledge 10/10 as to the store smart and well set out

The sales assistant was both knowledgable and politeHe pointed out the quality and that the ball would suit my handicap (10)Would return to store

I travelled to here rather than go to my local store brilliant knowledge and super helpful and not biased towards any manufacturers. Cheers

usual excellent experience dealing with Dave Wright. I only went to hit some balls, ended up trying then buying the club. his sales and service is second to none

The sales staff have changed. They used to be really helpful and talkative. Now all you see are sullen faces in an always empty and unwelcoming environment and making comments which belittle the customer, viz: Why are you buying that - I would buy this". No reason given

Service was very good. Having tried a couple of clubs at the Chester store going to Clays gave the added opportunity to try the clubs on the range itself rather than in the indoor facility. Indoor is ok but actually seeing the flight / direction of the ball is important. Jordan the assistant also bought the monitoring software into the bay so that I could compare what I could actually see with what the software indicated. Nothing was too much trouble and I eventually bought a new driver and 5 wood. John, the shop manager, who like me is playing the second half of his life usefully advised from his greater experience.I was also interested in buying a hybrid but decided to delay it as having hit so many balls I wanted to come to it fresh. No problem. My youngest son had also been previously to Clays when he was buying and found a similar experience. From my perspective I would recommend it anytime
