Champneys City Spa, Enfield

Came recently for a massage & facial.Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, really enjoyed the massage. They work with Clarins, which I really like & Elemis.They also sell the products they use on you. It’s great for Christmas shopping too, small gifts available. Not cheap but great to get a special treat from time to time.

Really bad customer service. Bought a gift voucher for my mother. Phoned a few days before and told I could book on the day as there was loads of appointments, phoned up to book on the day I wanted the appointment and was told there was nothing available which was frustrating, however would have thought when dealing with customers your staff wouldn’t be laughing with their colleague down the phone about no appointments. Once they have your money they don’t care

Amazing experience. I had the Clarins face and body treatment and it was delightful. The lady I had was very friendly. The service, welcome and massage itself were faultless. Definitely recommended!

Loved my facial, will definitely return. Also offers loads of products for overall care along with great ideas for gifts.

Review isn't a reflection on the staff or therapists. Massage was lovely, however the spa was filthy! Really not happy about being in a spa and paying top prices, when it's so grotty. The experience was supposed to be relaxing as a gift which I received, instead I was anxious! The whole spa needs a deep clean, carpets were black, skirtings dirty, paint peeling and marked and the floors disgusting. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Really not fair on staff doing their best in what can be only described as a hovel.

Very good experience today, Finola was so so lovely she made the moment even better by being so kind and gentle. I loved it! A shame the prices are too high for me to come more often! I wish I could!

Incredibly relaxing! My massage with Natasha was by far the best, most relaxing appointment I've experienced. The ambient environment, mixed with the attentiveness of the staff made for the perfect relaxing morning. Thank you! I will certainly be a routine customer.

I've been here for a massage a handful of times and I've always walked away feeling relaxed and re-energised. The staff are helpful, friendly and great at what they do. Reasonable prices, too.

I've come to this branch of Champneys twice now with my daughter. The first time was last Summer to use my gift card which I used having an array of treatments from pedicure to spray tan to massage with the head, shoulders and back. Every therapist was completely skilled and made me feel at ease. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming you feel truly refreshed afterwards plus you get to keep your Champneys flip-flops!I went for the second time with my daughter and she had lashes done and spent the remainder of her gift card in the shop which has a large selection of spa goodies. The lashes she got were the natural ones. They looked so natural as if she had perfectly applied mascara as opposed to in your face lashes which look OTT unless you're going for that look.Very handy location by the shopping precinct and carpark in Enfield.Thanks Champneys Enfield!
