Katy Martins Yoga

I started having sessions with Katy Martins Yoga a few months ago and I highly recommend them. I have dipped in and out of yoga classes before, but I look forward to Katy’s positive vibe every week and really want to keep going with her classes. It’s a really good mix of yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.I feel like, with Katy’s guidance, I can push myself further. This week, the day after class, I noticed my body felt great & loosened up. Thanks Katy!
