I have been working with the Team at Pitman Bristol for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say I have never met another Team who have such excellent customer service and management skills. Melissa and Ella are always quick to respond to queries and are always more than happy to help. They work their hardest to accommodate all learners and go above and beyond to ensure candidates sitting their exams have an excellent experience.In times where my learners have had reasonable adjustments in their exams, Pitman Bristol are quick to put the correct measures in place so they can fully support the learner with their exams.Across the variety of exam centres in England that I have dealt with over the years, Pitman Bristol will always be my number one!

I have recently completed an online course with Pitman Training to improve my skill set.The course was easy to use online which I could complete in my own time.Pitman kept in touch to see how I was getting on and any queries I had were responded to in a friendly and timely manner.

I think the centre is well run. The test pre-check is thorough and the test room is well equipped.There is a multi use toilet facility. There is no parking on site but there are loads of paid parking around.

Brilliant staff members and helpful as well, and everything went nice and smooth. I had to give 4 stars due to just finding the place. For an exam this important, the last thing you need is running in circles even after coming inside the main gate it was like a puzzle. Please go early as possible.
