Mobile hub

My phone wouldn't charge. Took it to two different shops (up north) who both charged me for cleaning then said it needed a new charging port. Was in Cornwall for a week so I rang mobile hub, who ordered the part I needed and booked it for a repair. Dropped my phone off and came back later to pick it up, and the owner in the store said no replacement was needed, just a faulty cable (I had tried many cables, not authentic Samsung cable though) - very honest with me and helpful. Great service.

I would recommend that you avoid!I visited the shop to have the battery changed in my iPhone 6 which was done for a very reasonable price of £35. However this is where the real problems started first of all the screen no longer functioned correctly so I returned to the shop lucky for me I hadn't gone far and they reconnected the screen. However I arrived home to fined it still had dead areas on the screen an now the speakers do not work properly ether. The unhelpful guys in the shop although agreeing there is now a problem say it's my problem not theirs. My phone although having battery issues has never been opened before and has been well looked after and is now ruined I strongly recommend avoiding this shop it will cost you more in the long run.

They were really respectful and kind and caring until they realised they couldnt fix my phone, so i asked for my money back politely and respectfully, and on the phone they said this would be no problem apart from a labour fee, which i was more than happy to give, since they had done their best to help me. Then once in the shop to collect the money i had already paid minus the labour fee i was rudely shouted at by the lady and was told i had left a horrible review or something, so heres what you asked for. Also no masks were worn in the shop during covid - 19. I really loved this shop until i asked for my money back, really shows what people are like.

Excellent service, fixed my iPhone 8plus front camera while I waited and at a very reasonable price, will definitely use again.

Repaired our I Phone 6’s. 1 needed new battery and screen.....repaired straight away. Worked very well since. Second one needed new battery only and also done whilst we went for a coffee! Both phones have worked well since and much improved. Very happy with fair price and not having to fork out for new phones.Very helpful and learnt a bit more .....like don’t leave your phones on charge over night every night! Can only speak as we find, but very happy to recommend for what we had done.

I went to mobile hub to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced and it took more than 20 minutes and when the guy finished he told me that the screen didn’t sit right because there was a screw missing apparently and he told me not to force down the screen which I didn’t but I came back to try and get it fixed again and he said that I did force the screen when I didn’t and he was going to give me £25 discount to repair it again even though it cost me £45 so I am not going to that shop again however I will be going to a another mobile shop in the future. I highly recommend that you don’t go to mobile hub as they won’t replace your phone properly
