Like many people I've recently found myself unable to leave the house at short notice without the opportunity to stock up on food in advance. I requested a delivery of some essentials (fruit, bread, vegetables) two days ago and they arrived today exactly on time - I cannot praise the quality and efficiency enough. No excess plastic packaging, great prices, wide range of goods available, and without having to take a step outside my front door. I will absolutely order again and am so grateful to have one less thing to worry about during self-isolation, would recommend 100%.

As I self isolating the to my heart condition needed to get my hands on some vegetables. Emailed them at 11:05am and they were delivered at 1:15on by a really nice guy on a bicycle. Lovely fresh vegetables.

Incredible place for an homesick Asian. Here you can easily get sharon fruits (nicely ripened, not those solid ones you find in Tesco), redheart pomelos, redheart dragon fruits, cherimoyas, kumquats and many more! All ripe and ready.

I purchased many items on a visit to Oxford only to find most of it needed to be binned by the next morning, within less then 24 hours from purchase the exotic mushrooms were mouldy, tomatoes soft! expensive purchase to go to waste and they were correctly stored within 3 hours of purchase

I placed an order for soft fruit to be delivered locally to our wedding celebration venue, but it was delivered on the wrong date a week early, and we weren't notified at the time, so we weren't aware. I phoned when the order hadn't turned up on the afternoon of our celebration and was informed that there was no more fruit available. The customer service was otherwise excellent (and no money was lost) but we were disappointed as I had visited in person several weeks before to confirm that the order could be fulfilled for our special day, had exchanged a number of emails with the team, and I've received no communication since the failed delivery.

Rip-off greengrocers. They pressure sold to me. They did not tell me the price of any single item until asked, despite the fact that the broccoli cost nearly three times the going rate. The veg is pretty good quality, but I still left the experience feeling cheated.
