Really fantastic experience, we go regularly to ride the stream trains with our daughter and she absolutely loves it! All the people that work there are so friendly and kind which is such a credit to the overall experience.The garden center has a huge selection all at very reasonable prices, we have noticed they are largely slightly cheaper than its' competitors.They have a great restaurant and also soft play for the kids. There is also a car wash place on the same site which do a really good job. We have spent a whole afternoon here and not got bored would definitely recommend for family's.

This garden centre although had a unpleasantne experience with a promised I was given is a nice, pleasant and beautiful place for the size it is.lot of plans and up to date flowers .very good atmosphere and pleasant, nice and helpful staff from garden centre to resturant.Good food and coffee.fantastic seating area (seat in comfortable seating area drink coffee by sound of water features).Price is reasonable.I highly recommend to visit if you are in the area.As I coincidentally working in the area I became daily visitor.

Just had an appalling experience at this Garden Centre. Me and my partner ordered the Gardener's Platter which sounded great by it's description. When it arrived, it was missing items from the menu, such as watercress and celery. We assumed as it's essentially a Ploughman's, we'd receive a wedge of the Cheddar. However, it was the smallest amount of grated cheese placed in a sauce pot. This is £10.49 by the way.We were informed by the lady who delivered the tray, she'd run out of the Cheddar Cheese... it was met with a hesitated reaction from myself... I just went oh okay"Weirdly

Lovely garden center, lots of wonderful Christmas decs on display, lots of extras on site, a miniature train ride (was unfortunately closed, most likely due to the weather) The restaurant food was delicious, the kids soft play is very good. Will certainly return.

It's a pity the cafe was not open for the later santa train rides, we only got the option of tea or coffee at 15:30, the train rides were still going after 4pm and the cafe was definitely shut by then

Nice food in the cafe not overly expensive on some items but others wereVeggie breakfast was lovelyIndoor and covered outdoor seating and dog areas in bothGarden centre was little cramped in places for wheelchair and some areas would be inaccessible without some one pushing an (manual) wheelchair due to some steep slopesThe garden centres resident cat was sweet but like most cats are was too busy sleeping to interact. Lols

Amazing garden centre. Prices seem fair for most plants. Restaurant is good value for money and taste great! £44 for a family of 4 is very good. Staff were very polite and welcoming. The steam train ride was an awesome addition and the really friendly train conductors were great!Will definitely be back on next visit to pulborough.

Pulborough Garden Centre
Chef not knowing difference between vegetarian and gluten free should be a big worry not only to customers but to management as well, and very dangerous to one of our party. Standard of service and food was way below expectations and a lot of the menu not available. Very poor.
