Took my phone with a broken screen here, agreed £75 for the fix, went to collect my phone the next day and was told the price was not enough! Paid the fee agreed then noticed the screen was not glued properly the next day, spoke to the disinterested guy in the store and was told to return on the first day of lockdown, finally caught up the guy two weeks odd later only to be questioned about the fact that the phone internals can be seen at the bottom of the phone! I was advised to leave the phone with them for 24hrs as it would need to be sent to their 'lab'! Took the phone elsewhere as I dont trust them again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT THIER LEVEL OF SERVICE!!!

I ve repaired my samsung a51 screen from there in a very reasonable price. Gave good service and got my mobile on time

Avoid these scammers never take your phone there for repair extremely poor customer service. They had my phone for a week, I had to ring them every few days for an update. I was told the guy I gave my phone to was never there and my phone had been taken out of the shop. I was told my phone was repairable and would be done by the Tuesday. I rang Monday for an update to say it wasn't repairable after they had it 4 days without them contacting me. I picked my phone up and took it else where to be told there were screws missing and the part that needed to be fixed hadn't been touched.

Worst experience ever, charged £60 for a screen replacement next day another £25 for charging point being faulty also all of the sudden after first repair, ending up in paying 85% of the cost of a brand new phone and still not working, disconnect once someone rings the phone stops. Staff super rude and delayed the repair by several days. Don't Recommend this fake repair shops!
