I cannot recommend this garage enough! The staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was kept fully updated with the progress on my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole customer service, I felt really looked after here - 10/10.I was on holiday in the area when my battery warning light came on. They fitted me in immediately to check my battery and arranged for one to be delivered within the hour. The mechanic, Kieran, was really courteous and knowledgeable. I felt confident in their service and they even washed my car.Nobody ever likes spending money out on their car when you never 'see' the benefits, but I left this garage smiling and happy. Couldn't have asked for more... I wish there was one of these garages by me!!

The staff at this garage are amazing. We had major problems with our car in November and they were really helpful sorting it out so we could have all our Christmas family celebrations in Scotland and Yorkshire.They were equally helpful, when we had a problem when we had to travel to take an elderly relative to a hospital appointment.There prices are very competitive as well.

Scott is an absolute star and came to our rescue yesterday (29/09/23). He happened to be behind us when a wheel completely came off my car. Scott returned to his garage and saved us, he re fitted the wheel and checked others to ensure we could get home safely.Amazing!.

Booked in for a new set of tyres knowledgeable staff recommended a make. The job was done efficiently and I had a lovely surprise that the car had been washed when I came to collect it

The wife and I were just about to head back into Manchester from Lytham, St. Annes when turning a corner the back passenger wheel flew off the car. Scott from Granville Auto Centre was our saving grace.He saw the incident and stopped to help us, fitted the wheel, followed by a quick trip to the garage and made sure we were fit to travel. Luckily damage was minimum however he was quick and reliable.Many thanks Scott.

Just popped in on the off chance of getting my tyre issue fixed. What can I say - blown away with the customer experience beginning with Paul in the Tyre dept just jumped straight on the job and before I could finish Lauren’s coffee it was done!If Carlsberg did tyre centres then this would be it!!Superb and highly recommended.

I've used Granville Auto Centre for about 4 years, for MOTs, servicing and any any other repairs (except some electrical work and alloy wheel work, for which they recommended specific mechanics).They now recognise me as a regular customer, and yesterday (I was having a bad day) treated me with care and concern, over and above what I would except even from excellent customer service (which I have always received here).Hard recommend, I travel to them despite now living in Blackpool, and will continue to do so.
