Owner very nice, however the mechanics cleared me of all change bar coppers left In car, even ate my sweets wouldn’t trust again ! Totally shocked at the lack of respect, not blaming owner but some of the staff arnt trust worthy !

Done my MOT and full service here. The staff was very courteous and patient. Explained the what needs to be done and consulted me before fitting any new parts. They also helped me to fix mileage discrepancy from the previous service. It can be seen that the business is very transparent and honest and the cost of service was very reasonable.

I had the MOT done on my car & unfortunately it failed but they kept me informed & they were honest and didn’t do any of the work until they had spoken to me first. It was my first visit as I have only recently moved into the area, but I will be bringing both my vehicles here in the future . A very customer focused business.

New to the area, I felt cautious about buying the lovely VW I spotted outside this garage when driving past. It felt a bit of a gamble to buy from a small dealer...Actually, it was a fantastic move!!I have been so impressed by Pennington's professionalism, thoroughness and quality of service. They're approachable, helpful and have gone the extra mile to ensure that my new car was tip top. Even ordered and fitted me a new interior side panel which I hadn't even noticed was scratched!Forget the big boys and go for this small independent garage every time!!
