Limited stock. Expensive compared to other places. I was after kayak related stuff but this outdoors shop don't stock hardly anything to do with kayaks! Waste of time.

You tend to have to spend £5 on a Member's card, but you soon recoup this on savings, probably on your first visit - A well stocked Store, so plenty of choice.

John was very helpful in helping me pick a new pair of walking boots. Very informative. The store has shrunk in size from my last visit before covid but still well stocked and cheaper prices with membership.

I have just been in this store and about 10 jackets on a peg just over half price saving. I checked and rechecked the label as I have had problems in here before. Gets to the till £45 not half price as the jackets have misplaced in wrong peg " that was not my problem I should have made a fuss but I was very annoyed."

Mixed bag here. Usually a reasonable stock and range. Prices are very competative. The online stock check is not entirely reliable. Whilst the minority try hard, many of the staff seem to lack experience or expertise of the products on sale, particularly at the tech end of the range. You need to be sure of what you need and do your homework before visiting. The quality of service has fallen significantly.

Bought a pair of climbing shoes and had to exchange them for a smaller size after trying them on again at home. The staff were very helpful in putting another pair to one side for me, and made the exchange an easy process
