Phoebe did a fantastic job with my 8 year old. It was his first hair cut in a long time and she made him feel at ease and kept him smiling and chatting.

Wonderful experience coming to Phoebe's house. I have searched high and low for a great barber who understands children with special needs. My 2 autistic sons were made to feel very welcome. No queuing and surrounded by home comforts. Nothing was a problem and over all they have had a very good haircut. Definitely recommendThank you Phoebe xxx

Phoebe is amazing, the only barber my son will allow to cut his hair. Her new home salon setting is perfect, she keeps my child calm and informed and we end up with a lovely good looking hair cut and a happy child. Brilliant result. Highly recommend.

I took my almost 2 year old to Phoebee as he has started to really hate having his hair cut. Phoebee was very patient with my son and worked around him. She waited until he was settled in a chair and stopped when he got upset!! I highly recommend using Phoebee and i will be using her in my sons future hair cuts

A fantastic customer experience. I was made to feel very well and offered tea/coffee on arrival. Great communication as Phoebe asked what service was needed and continued to check throughout the cut that everything was on track.We discussed other services that might be used in future (beard shaping/trimming, waxing).Apart from the great customer service, the additional selling point for me was the appointment based service as one can wait 20/30 minutes in a shop based environment that doesn't offer appointments.Pricing was also very reasonable.I will certainly be returning and would highly recommend as I was very pleased with my haircut.Thank youDeep
