I bought an Amalfi Double Hanging Egg Chair from Rattan Garden Furniuture, online pictures looked great and the price compared with many others online especially for the double chair was excellent. The idea was firstly it would look great in the garden and secondly somewhere to sit in the sun or cosied up at night under a stary sky with my significant other as its quite large. Well great idea if we could get our teenage daughter out of it, has become her Tiktoc text hub, so have to consider another one now. The chair is very comfortable and sturdy and to easy to unintentionally fall asleep in it. The quality is good and we would have no hesitation in purchasing again from Rattan Garden Furniture. The online porcess was simple, delivery was very fast considering we live in Scotland and also free, amazing considering the weight of the package. Anyway will add photos, but a fantastic purchase!!

We recently moved into a lovely new home with a larger garden with a pagoda and patio area. We wanted to buy a corner sofa set with a coffee/dining table but ones we looked at were either not in stock or said delivery would be in a few months time, after summer.Then through Google we found the Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd website and saw the set we really liked. Their showroom was only a small drive away so we went to have a look at it in the flesh and realized it was perfect. We chose the Serena Oxford Square Rising Table Corner Set and were delighted to be told that we could have it within a couple of weeks.True to their word, less than 2 weeks later it was sitting in our garden, looking even nicer than it did in the showroom and very comfortable. It came in 3 boxes but only the table top needed assembly, which was a simple case of using the included Allen Key to tighten 4 screws, however it will require 2 people to move the glass onto the table as it’s heavy, but it’s sturdy so won’t blow over. The 2 remaining boxes had the seats and cushions inside, none of which are heavy.We love the colour and it sits perfect in our garden, and the adjustable table means it can either be a coffee table or dining table, we love sitting round it to eat and are looking forward to spending many hours over the summer sitting around it with friends and family.In short, a quality dining set and sofa, delivered quickly as promised and would certainly recommend.

After doing lots of homework, and reading lots of great reviews online, we ordered our furniture from Rattan Garden. Arrived within a week as promised - great. Sadly the table was damaged and this was reported. It took a week to come back and say that a replacement would be sent, and damaged table would be collected - not the end of the world, would have hoped it wouldn't take a week to reach this conclusion but so be it.Lots of waiting around at home for a possible delivery / collection. Courier arrived to collect table, but not deliver another one. Phone calls made, I am told 'its coming tomorrow' Another day waiting in, no delivery, another phone call - 'not sure what's happened to it - I am sending one 24 hour delivery' another day waiting at home, no delivery, another phone call 'no it won't be coming now until middle of next week'.Finally the replacement table turns up 4 weeks after original order. Another damaged table, didn't even get it out of the box, damaged by courier. Problem reported again - finally an apology from the MD, thanks, understood, as we were a month down the line and I have had all the furniture stuck in my office and garage making them unusable and the couriers obviously incompetnant, I asked for collection and refund.A call from Rattan - were sorry, we will send our own driver on Tuesday with a replacement table, we will phone in the morning to confirm, it will be with you by lunchtime. Cancel all my work appointments and wait at home. Guess what, no one comes! I make a phone call, 'not sure why you thought it was Tuesday, we've got it down for Wednesday!Complete farce, problems happen, no problem, its how you deal with them that counts, and in this instance, you dealt with them terribly. Took a further 2 weeks to get my money back, when we all know they can be processed instantly if they want to be. Shame as the undamaged furniture looked lovely - but how on earth can you deal with a 5 year guarantee when this is how badly you deal with a first delivery.

I bought a cuba rattan corner 9 seater dining set off this company. Before I bought I did a lot of research online with various companies and these were by far the best on google and trust pilot.It arrived well within the time frame quoted really quickly (anybody looking for rattan will know most companies are quoting 2-4 month delivery).I put it together by myself in 1hr 20mins and it could not have been any easier.The quality of the furniture is 5☆ and very sturdy unlike some flimsy sets I have seen.Customer service is also 5☆ I contacted to get a delivery date to ensure I was in around my shifts and Paul the MD replied within minutes.Overall I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality very competitive priced garden furniture.

So absolutely a 5* experience. We looked at countless sites, and finally went for Rattan Garden Furniture - largely down to other good reviews, but also down to the cost and availability.I'm please to say the quality is excellent, they are comfortable, the cost was competitive, and the delivery times were fantastic - especially as some places were quoting months and months before they could be delivered.Everyone so far has been massively complimentary over these, and some friends are also looking to buy the same/similar from Rattan Garden Furniture.This (Platinum Tokyo Round 6 Seat Fire Pit Set) is a fantastic addition to our garden, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
