had a jumbo vampire shrimp and a electric blue ram shipped from this store. Packaging was amazing, in large polystyrene box with plenty of heat packs. Both fish were perfect with no signs of stress. the shop itself had great communication and was wonderful from start to finish. although I am 119 miles away and there are plenty of LFS I will definitely be ordering again for other tanks in the future!

LVA always deliver! Any questions I have are always answered quickly which is very important for someone who’s still fairly new to the hobby. The fish have always been amazing so colourful and in great health. Even just going into the shop is just eye opening to see the insane fish that LVA have in stock! The glass quartz on my pond filter cracked and I couldn’t find a replacement online anywhere as they are so difficult to find. Sent an email to Lea Valley Aquatics and Glen replied quickly and managed to order one in urgently for me to collect. Great service and would recommend!

Amazing shop and Glen is very helpful , always has a range of stock and will even get you in anything you want if he doesn’t stock it , also he will not shove you out after making a sale making it a very friendly environment. Glen has also helped me with a lot of problems and questions outside of his working hours over social media and in person .
