Wow, first class service from Horseman coaches, from booked to dropping us home. We booked 3 coaches to take a group of girls and ladies on a trip to Cardiff for the weekend. The coaches arrived on time and were all spotless and very luxurious. The drivers were friendly and very capable. The trip along the M4 was the smoothest I can remember. The drivers even watched the girls play rugby and cheered them on. We will be booking.

Used Horseman to take my party of 20 to and from a wedding. Service was first class and price was very reasonable vs other coach companies. Much more reliable and cheaper than trying to arrange a fleet of taxis.

Our driver, Bruce, was an absolute star on our last theatre trip. He had to contend with other people trying to get on our coach, one person not getting off at their stop as well as helping people on and off the coach. He managed it all, as always, with great good humour and kindness.

We used 3 x Horseman coaches for a weekend girls rugby tour in Cardiff/Barry. The service provided by the drivers was excellent from their timekeeping to their interaction with our group. We had used another company previously whose drivers were less friendly and it does impact on the experience. Any request made to the drivers was accommodated with a smile and we are very grateful for the service.

Recently worked alongside Horseman for a 9 day tour. Can’t recommend them enough. Nothing was too big. Special mention to the drivers who worked with me to figure out days excursions. David, Amanda and their team are first class, Lauren and Anita in the office, David, Terry, Graham, Craig, Alan, Wendy and Emily all deserve a special mention they truly are a credit to the Horseman team and will not hesitate in using Horseman again. I work in an academy and have always used Horseman's as they are extremely reliable and very competitive. We had four large school trips recently which all required three coaches and, as usual, they were on time, the vehicles were immaculate, the drivers were very friendly and helpful and all went really smoothly. If you have any queries they are quick to respond and deal with them, would definitely recommend them and will always use their services. Top class company and amazing staff.
