Nothing is to much trouble. Think we went through every flavour to find one that I liked. Excellent service and made to feel very welcome. Even had a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend.

I visited Platinum Vapes after a year break from vaping, I visited the shop prior to this but not on a regular basis. I visited 1st thing in the morning and was welcomed by the owner, I needed batteries for my device and was handed 3 brand new CHARGED batteries, which the owner charges himself which was a welcome surprise. I was looking at atomisers and settled on one, which was unfortunately out of stock but was informed they'd be arriving imminently, resigned to the fact that I'd have to pop back after work I was ready to leave the shop when the owner offered me a tank from his tester range full of liquid and a bottle of premium liquid to keep me going. I left incredibly happy and returned later in the day with the atomiser waiting for me, I returned the loaned tank and built and prepared the new one in the shop using the shops tools wire and cotton, as I was leaving I was offered the premium cotton to take with but declined. This has been the best customer service I have received for a long time and look forward to visiting again on a regular basis.

My son took me here for first time few months ago I'll never go anywhere else now Simon is so helpful nothing is to much trouble 100%
