They want to charge £250 to come and look a system installed by them in position that is too windy, they should know the fitting instructions say do not install where the wind can blow into the unit but they deny this is an issue and seemed unaware of this until I sent them a photo of instructions. I only found out after the unit kept shutting down in strong winds and checked the fitting instructions. Called Mitsubishi and they said yes that would cause cause the fault code and it should never have been installed where it is exposed to strong winds as it can cause serious damage to the system.

Fantastic company. After the initial conversation i was given a couple of very competitive quote options, so we could see the options available. The quote was explained well as well as how the work itself would be done. I had a few questions which were all answered promptly.I initially wasn't sure whether to have air con installed but myself and the rest of my household are very pleased we did. I would highly recommend.
