Avoid!! Bognor store is bunch of scammers, agreed a fitting price but they kept adding cost on every visit of their fitters. It ended up 4 times the original price. Manger is very rude with the attitude that is s this is what it is

Having been deluged with advertising of the new store and needing all of upper floor carpeting, I thought it was worth checking out.Shouldn't have bothered. Store opened 5 mins later than advertised. All 4 staff on duty ignored me whilst I walked around the store. Very uninspiring and won't bother returning!

Popped in earlier to make an enquiry. Although we haven’t placed an order today we will be returning to speak to Chris who we found to be extremely helpful and very friendly. The showroom is bright, attractively laid out and has a good display of carpets and hardwood flooring.

Well what can I say…. After feeling disappointed visiting another store due to a rude member of staff this morning I decided to go along to bognor and I’m so glad I did. Chris greeted us and he was so friendly and helpful. Listened to what I was after and was so knowledgeable and not pushy. I’m so glad we decided to stick with Tapi as a company and visit the bognor store. Thank you so much to Chris for your amazing customer service.
