I had been suffering from back pain for longer than I can remember following an injury. I had seen several other specialists, but none of them had been able to provide me with any lasting relief. I was starting to get a little down about it when I was referred to Eli at Ogwen Physical Rehabilitation. Eli was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to understand my injury and how it was affecting me. Eli then developed a personalized treatment plan that addressed the underlying causes of my pain. Within just 4 sessions, I saw a significant improvement in my pain levels. Eli also taught me exercises and stretches that I could do at home to help prevent the pain from coming back and strengthen my injured area to minimise the risk of it reoccurring. I am so grateful to Eli. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering from back pain

Went to Eli for help recovering from a very bad multiple sprain of my left leg. He not only got me back on my feet but also cleared up a handful of other problems - a mysterious recent pain in the foot, aches in shoulder and elbows, and a mild but persistent sciatica. A welcome by-product has been increased flexibility and, it seems to me, a general renewal of energy. Now back on the bike and also looking forward to a summer in the hills. Recommended.
