We used Pioneer Lifts Ltd for our long overdue lift modernisation project which included a new electrical control panel, pump, motor, tank and valve block. We now use them for our regular lift maintenance visits and occasional repairs. They are reliable and quick to respond. Their knowledge and guidance has been exceptional.

I have used Pioneer Lifts for my lift maintenance for over six years. They are straightforward and reliable and always a pleasure to work with. A good mix of professionalism and humour. If they ever hit a problem they research thoroughly and find a solution. I am glad I met them as I had a nightmare with my previous provider and Matt and Gareth have been a breath of fresh air.

We moved to Pioneer Lifts from our previous maintenance provider and have been extremely happy with their service. They are extremely thorough and professional. They provide detailed information about what is needed which gives us confidence particularly as our lifts are used by volunteers assisting vulnerable clients. We would definitely recommend them.
