They didn't show up on time, had a lack of understanding of the property, or in the worst case scenario, on the day of the viewing, they said that the property was already occupied by someone else and that they would show me somewhere else. I was very tired and had lost trust in agencies.But Ameer was different. He took note of everything from the moment he received my call and responded quickly. Omran has been great to communicate with when renting our current apartment. He has been very professional, friendly and understanding, and gave the best kind of support we can expect.

Terrible service by estate agent called Emma Zhou. Enquired about a property over the phone and she couldn’t answer basic questions and was asking me all unnecessary personal questions. I specifically asked about a certain date for viewing and mentioned that I’m working full time so other days wouldn’t be possible and if she can arrange that (in a few days time) and she said she will try. She then asked me if she can take my WhatsApp to contact me and after chasing her for a bit, she said she can do viewing completely different day. I politely reminded her that I did in fact wanted other day and if she can send the video tour. She agreed and for that I also had to chase her which she didn’t do either. When I came back to her the next day and said I would be able to make the appointment she suggested she said they actually won’t be doing it till the following week… no apology, no explanation. Complete waste of time. When I expressed that this situation is frustrating because I can’t wait around for xx number of weeks just to view a property especially in this market, she just left me on read. By far the most unprofessional experience by any real estate I’ve ever come across. London Property Guru, please train your employees better. AVOID!- EDIT: She proceed to message me and said “sorry if you feel frustrated”. No apology, nothing has been acknowledged.

My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money. Not recommend to anyone who is going to rent a property.
