I'm deaf no communication I been there 2years some can signs but helpful mental health but not bother communication and physical health problem

Springwood don't bother answering the phone and don't take answercalls - Tried 5 times over the course of two days with no response...I don't know if this is due to a failure in the automated system blocking or muting their desk or a lack of staff available to answer the phone.
