Cooking with Monisha is a wonderful experience and the best part is you get to take the food home. I’ve attended a few of her classes and have learned to cook 5 different dishes per class. She starts every class by taking you to a local shop where you learn about the best products (e.g. spices, rice, etc.) to use for the day’s menu.Monisha has a wealth of experience and is very considerate towards beginners. She is very passionate about food and cooking, and she always clarifies any questions with a smile.

I bought a private lesson for my husband and I as a gift for his birthday. We had a brilliant experience with Monisha. She welcomed us into her home and taught us how to make the most wonderful food, which we got to take home for dinner. Monisha is extremely knowledgeable and has a warmth about her that makes you feel like an old friend. Would wholeheartedly recommend as a gift or treat.

Monisha is an engaging and enthusiastic teacher. She taught us so much in 3 hours making it easy to follow and understand. I didnt know there was so much in layering spices and cooking temperatures and times. We made 5 dishes to then take home. Superb. Couldn't recommend it more highly

We had a wonderful day cooking with Monisha. She started by taking us to the shop and showing us how to buy ingredients, and then she welcomed us in her home to spend the day preparing and cooking six different dishes. Monisha is a very kind and patient teacher, and explained the techniques and concepts clearly. We learned so much and can’t wait to practice all the recipes.

We had a great time on this cookery course. Monisha was a great host, it was a very relaxed environment, and we learned a lot about Indian cuisine and cooking technique, learning tips & tricks and able to ask lots of questions throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for an Indian cooking class in London, look no further. Our experience with Monisha was incredible. Our day was inspiring and fun, monisha is such a great chef and personality, making the day not just informative but also fun. We did the vegetarian full day class and will definitely come back for more.

We had a great day with our 14 year old son, learning about Indian cooking and creating 8 delicious dishes. Monisha got to know us and what we would be interested in eating and tailored the recipes beautifully. A really fun, family day.

My brother took me on Monisha's vegetarian cookery course as a surprise birthday present, and it was 6 hours of uninterrupted joy. In fact it was one of the most educational days of my adult life. Monisha not only teaches you to make a huge number of delicious things: she reflects on the cultural history of Indian and British-Asian cuisine, guides you around a local shop offering advice on rice and spices, and inspires underconfident cooks with a mixture of humour, sternness and precise encouragement. I feel very lucky to have benefitted first-hand from her store of wisdom.

I have done two courses, the simple Indian cooking course and the bread making day. Both were fantastic, Monisha has so much knowledge and so many skills to impart.Both days were busy because we cooked so many recipes, but I had lots of fun.

Fantastic cooking experience. Manisha is knowledgeable, friendly and good at communicating the different stages and techniques for authentic Indian cooking. I loved it. The results were stunning. I took the food home to my husband and he was convinced I'd gone to a new, better takeaway!
