I travelled down from London to collect an audi A5. I'd been given the spec over the phone and was assured the car was in mint condition or the exact same condition as the description. Upon arrival I spoke with one of the guys there. He was more then helpful and went over the car in detail. As promised I drove away an hour later in my new A5 and couldn't be happier. Thanks again and would happily recommend them to anyone...

Should be shut down by trading standards.The lack of courtesy and respect this place has for quality cars and the customers is horrendous! Faults after faults within months of owning the car Cambelt&Water pump followed by the Fan belt. This should have all been done prior to being sold to anyone. You try and ring the garage regarding your Warranty" but you can NEVER get through or speak to anybody! Dont waste your time and money here."

AWFUL GARAGE.I would warn anyone to stay well away from this garage. Bought a car that was faulty from the off set. Returned to the garage multiple times and was repeatedly told the issues were not within the warranty. Friendly and helpful until the money is paid and then you're left to deal with the consequences. Paid over £5000 for a car that has now sold for £1200.Please stay away.

I bought a car from Parkstone Car Sales, that was unfortunately faulty and it broke down within the first month. They have repaired it, but it broke down again. In the end I asked for a refund, and we were able to come to an agreement that suited us both. Overall a good experience

I found a fault with the car I bought and asked for this to be repaired under the 3 month warranty, Richard the owner at first refused to honor the warranty. But after some discussion I go the fault fixed. On the whole a friendly place. The mechanic Danny is very good.
