Photographing private areas pre and post procedure for Insurance reasons is highly suspicious and totally unnecessary. I left after hearing that it was normal practice, and have reported it to many colleagues. Red flag. Not good that young and vaunrable persons may think they have no other option. I have been told by others in the same industry, that this is not normal practice, nor a requirement due to confidentiality issues, as well as safeguarding.I'm sure that those who undertake the procedures are absolutely superb at what they do; pity and shameful the small print applies this photography as a prerequisite to having treatments.

I visit Skin Cheltenham every so often to speak toSophie there. She advises me on the bestproducts for my skin and offers her amazingknowledge on what she thinks will work best forme. My skin has never been the same since myfirst talk with her. I can confidently go out without make up on and receive so manycompliments. I also had a facial with her to fullycleanse my skin and get that glow from withinlook and wow I was amazed!Highly recommend!

Surgery to remove to abnormal moles was fine. I was leaving the country for four months so was to be given prescription as likelihood of infection. They forgot so sent it to my home which I had told them I wasn't at. Had to get treatment overseas when it became infected. Five weeks later stitches not dissolved, wound still tender and sore, I happen to be visiting Bristol for a couple of days from Europe, emailed Skn Bristol they were quick to reply but not exactly helpful or compassionate. They can't see me as they don't have a nurse and their brief email told me to go to my GP. I expected much better service and support after paying privately to have these moles removed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything thoroughly, and carried out the procedure exactly as expected. I'm very happy with the results.

Went for eight sessions of facial hair removal.Very friendly service, very good results, provided lots of advice, not too painful and good aftercare.Would definitely use their services again when I need it.

I really enjoyed my experience at skn. I had a really thorough consultation and the cost when towards my first treatment. They gave me options at different price points which was really helpful. I got a hydra facial and my skin is looking super healthy and hydrated, I can’t wait for my next one!

I booked at this sk:n clinic because they are described online as wheelchair accessible. The reception room can be accessed but no consulting room can be accessed without climbing stairs, so it was a little misleading. Did not, therefore, get any treatment. The receptionists were as helpful as they could be but the accessibility was not made clear at all during search/booking.
