Great service and very happy with items! Emailed yesterday to query delivery, was promptly replied to and advised to place order by 1.30 and they would aim to despatch same day - delivery received next day, great stuff! Many thanks :)

I've just ordered a Fiamma Magic Rafter Pro and was worried it wouldn't turn up in time for our trip so I called them first thing. Grasshopper were so helpful on the phone and even called the supplier to ask them to expedite the order and rang me with an update. Very happy with the service thus far.

i was in the market for a 5m wind out awning. grasshopper leisure were advertising the awning i wanted at a fair price. i wanted a next day delivery service & i noted that deliveries were 1-2 days, so i called and spoke with clare. i explained what i wanted to order and my delivery requirements. she said she'd make enquiries and call me back. within 15 mins she did, informing me that they couldn't guarantee the next day service on an awning of this size, as they are shipped directly from thule, but she gave me confidence that it would be likely next day. i placed the order and was delighted to see it arrive late morning the next day. that was yesterday - today i have placed a 2nd order with grasshopper & would definitely recommend them.

Phoned on Monday regarding an item I needed urgently and was assured the part would be with me on time so I didn't let my customer down. Item turned up 3 days late. I specifically called to ensure delivery would be with me and offered to pay for an upgrade but was assured it would be okay, obviously they just wanted the sale. As a mobile engineer I will stay clear as its bad for business.

We ordered a tent a couple of weeks ago, it arrived very promptly, as promised, well packaged. I have since emailed customer services with a query about accessories for the tent and have received quick, helpful replies. I would happily use this company again.

We ordered a Coleman tent from Grasshopper and on our first use realised the item was damaged. In fact it had been repaired ! We contacted the team and they were brilliant. We recieved a very prompt response. They have contacted the manufacturer who have agreed to send a replacement. We are hoping for a positive outcome. Thank you team. I purchased a Fiamma awning from grasshopper, was sent one it was damaged, they sent another one, it was also damaged.Was told “these items are dispatched on behalf through Fiamma uk warehouse “.But label on second one said it was imported into the county 31/01/18 to a caravan trade only retailer. then 15/02/18 to Coventry, West Midlands. What happened to it then?, It is was then delivered to me over two years later 05/2020, The state of the packaging.I find it hard to believe this came from Fiamma?Both were returned, trying to get my money back was a nightmare.Emails and phone calls just being ignored.Had to threaten to legal action with “letter before action”. Only then I got my refund after nearly two months.What a waste of time and effort.

Ordered the coleman aspen 4l on the Sunday afternoon and received it Tuesday. This tent was loads cheaper than other suppliers. Tbh, I got a little worried I had ordered from a scam site afterwards but neednt have worried at all. Tent is fab and looking fwd to using it at the weekend. I'm already looking to see what next I can buy from this company as prices are very competitive. Very happy with this purchase

I bought a number of items for a camper conversion, they were well priced delivered quickly and packed securely. I was missing a seal and installation instructions so I sent a email, they responded quickly and sent the items straight out. Decent straight forward service. I would recommend.
