Excellent, after several visits I can honestly say that Lisa makes car repair a pleasure and not the usual nightmare of BS overpricing and shoddy workmanship we have come to expect from other local garage services. Bailies are pleasant, fast, straight forward and honest making car repair an easy inexpensive experience. I will always recommend them and of course I will not be going anywhere else in future. Lisa and her team are extremely helpful and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help you. My car had been with them three times for accident repair, MOT failure repairs and servicing. Some were not easy fixes but Lisa done everything possible to help me out. I would highly recommend Bailies to anyone.

I've used Bailies twice now, first time was due to an overheating fault that my car developed and the second time was for MOT preparation. Both times the experience has been very, very good, no issues with getting an appointment and all issues with my car were sorted quickly, communication was clear and the price was very reasonable. My car was also returned to me spotless each time. Nice local, small business to deal with, highly recommend.

Superb. I visited recently and spoke with Stephen about a paintwork issue on my Ford Kuga, he was extremely honest and informative, both he and Lisa are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Stephen clearly has a vast knowledge of vehicles and a real skill when it comes to bodywork. Had unfortunate experience of my wheel coming off my car late at night. phoned Lisa after working hours and she was extremely helpful got car delivered next day to bailies and the work and customer service both excellent. was being constantly updated on progress of car and any costsWould highly recommend this garage to everyone keep up the good work

I've used Bailies for a few years now. As another reviewer said they go out of their way to help. Nothing is too much trouble, they work around my work commitments and try to keep cost to a minimum. I know my car is well maintained when they are servicing and repairing it.
