Great service. My first time using Aamir and I will only be going back to him from now on. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. The studio is clean and well ventilated. The cupping helped reduce the swelling on my knee. The muscle release therapy has removed pain in my shoulder I have had for years. Will definitely be going back and using him in the future. After suffering for a number of years from Tennis Elbow, damage to the Carpal Tunnel and dis-alignment of my vertebrae, I sought out Aamir for some treatment. I must say I was immensely impressed at his professional approach and knowledge. He was able to understand my issues promptly and got to work immediately, all the while making me comfortable. Amazingly, the pain has gone away from all affected areas which means I can do my job properly. I would recommrnd Aamir to others without hesitation!!!

I booked Aamir today for cupping. I’ve had numerous issues with my knee, and I just could not find the right person to help me. After a phone consultation, I managed to get a last min slot. Very knowledgeable person, who explained a lot of things to me today. Great clean clinic.

This is the second time I've visited for issues. The first time I had really bad pain in my calf after an intense football session. The season with aamir released pain and really helped me with recovery and preventing this issue from happening again.Recently my sister had siatica and she was in alot of pain. Hard to stand and even picking up her children was proving difficult. We went to see aamir and with the techniques and treatment shes up and running after the session. After a few days of rest and following aamirs recovery advice, she was able to stand upright and had movement back and able to sit and carry on as usual.

I saw Amir after numerous recommendations and a number of long term ongoing issues including sciatica, a shoulder injury, daily headaches and severe tightness throughout my back. He assessed each area and explained what was happening inside my muscles, joints, etc that was causing my issues. He then used a number of different techniques and practices explaining the benefits of each and some aftercare advice. The results were a massive improvement in all of my issues after just one session. He definitely understands the human body and how to deal with a wide variety of issues and injuries. I went to see Amir hoping to solve some serious postural issues. After having seen various physiotherapists over the years for various injuries, including the so-called Harley Street specialists, I can comfortably confirm I have yet to respond to treatment the way I have done so with Amir.The difference between Amir and other physios I have seen, is his personal approach. He didn’t just prescribe me with a general set of exercises, he explained the function of joints and muscles and his method to release tightness in various areas of my body have been nothing less than mind blowing. His dedication to his trade can be sensed immediately, he doesn’t micro-manage appointment timing and therefore I would recommend Amir highly. Thanks for the help so far Amir.

Aamir is an incredibly knowledgeable individual who has the deep understanding of both cupping and sports therapy. I have used them on several occasions and cannot recommend him highly enough He is seen as a subject matter expert in his field and really explains in detail the process of the treatment and ensure it aligns with the customers expectation.Aamir also knows how to make people feel at ease and worked wonders with my son who received his first treatment due to injuries caused by playing cricket over the years and has been singing his praises due to getting rid of so many niggly pains he's had.Treatment room is very clean, well lit and ventilated and there is plenty of free parking across the road in the car park on Elmshott Lane.If you require any form of physiotherapy cupping or Sports massage treatments I would strongly recommending visiting Sports Therapy and Cupping.

Cannot recommend them more than enough - Visit Amir regularly for treatments - he had worked wonders every single time - had prepped me for my fights to ensure come fight night I am 100%. I have used him for several services now such as Acupuncture, Deep Tissue Massage and Soft Tissue Massage - only last week I had sent his details to my uncle who had done his back in - my uncle walked into the clinic with crutches unable to walk and after one session walked out without them. He has miracle hands.

It was my first time having hijama done. Aamir provided great instructions before hand as well as providing a good service during the treatment. I had heard of horror stories before and the reassurance Aamir gave was brilliant. This was a completely painless process and my back felt much better a few days after the treatment.
