Katie's Luxury Cat Hotel

Katie looked after our three kittens for a week while we went away on holiday to Cyprus. They had an amazing room to stay in. It was spotlessly clean and the kittens had lots of toys to play with. Katie interacted with the kittens and we could feel and see the love she has for our fur babies. We received updates on how the kittens were getting along. It was lovely to see photos of them enjoying their holiday with Katie. Since returning home I have noticed the kittens are more relaxed at home than they were before their stay. We wouldn't and couldn't leave our kitties with anyone else. Thank you Katie, see you again soon X

I was so anxious about leaving my precious boys having had a terrible first experience with another cattery. I booked the deluxe suite as I wanted my cats to have as lovely a holiday as I was going to have and they certainly did! I left them without looking back as it’s an emotional time leaving your pets but I had nothing to worry about. One of my Maine Coons who is really nervous and shy had a complete personality turnaround in Katie’s hotel! They were happy content and well cared for in a beautiful home from home environment. In fact I don’t think they wanted to leave xxxx I’d 100% recommend Katie and her luxury cat hotel to anyone xxx

Wow! What an amazing service from first communication to even after collection!We managed to book our cat Oreo into one of Katie's cancellations, it was meant to be!From first contact, Katie was so friendly and helpful. We instantly felt reassured Oreo would be in the best hands.Lots of info about what to bring, what to inform Katie about so you can guarantee it will be a home away from home.Oreo stayed in the deluxe suite which was perfect for him with the en suite and the bed. We actually spotted him snoozing in the bay window when we went to collect him.Katie sent lots of photos and videos from day 1 and kept us updated (at no extra charge) which was brilliant and reassuring.It was Oreo's first time away from home and he settled in so quickly.It is obvious how much Katie genuinely loves spending time with each cat, such a lovely alternative to a cattery.Katie was keen to see that Oreo had settled back in at home after our return. He wasn't just another booking for her, he was one of her beloved furry friends!Katie even took amazing care of our little girls Cat Cat (cuddly toy) that she wanted to send with Oreo so he could remember her scent!Thank you so much for making this part of our holiday so much easier... I wish you took humans haha!

What can I say! This truly is a 5 star hotel……for cats. Katie is lovely and so obviously adores cats. One of my cats had been nervous and withdrawn when previously left in a Cattery but, despite my worries, they both settled in immediately at Katie’s and had the best time. Their suite was spotless and filled with all the luxuries a cat could ever want. I received lots of photographs and videos throughout their stay to put my mind at rest. I certainly have no worries about leaving Rio and Oliver with Katie again. I totally recommend Katie’s Luxury Cat Hotel.

I couldn't of asked for more when it came too my cats staying at Katie's Luxury Cat Hotel. It was their first time been away from us and been away from home. Both me and my daughter were very anxious leaving them , but our mind's were put too ease from start too finish. We were kept informed throughout our holiday as too how both Tilly and Delilah were doing. This included photo's , video's , text's and phone calls. I'd highly recommend the Cat Hotel too anyone, especially if your cat is nervous or never been away from home before.

Katie's way with cats has to be second to none. Ours have stayed with her on a couple of occasions, and I'm sure will stay again. One of ours is very grumpy, but judging by the videos that Katie sent to us, he certainly mellowed during his stay there. Highly recommended!

Freddie and Charlie my two darling Tuxedos spent a week with Katie very recently in the beautifully cat appointed deluxe suite. Both my boys are very shy initially but with Katie’s patient and caring approach she soon won them over and they allowed her to tickle their tums giving purrs of delight. I got regular updates via messenger showing me videos of very contented cats enjoying their stay. A thoroughly well deserved 5* rating for this cat hotel.

I booked last minute for my 2 boys. For two nights. I was so apprehensive and nervous as I have not left my boys, I have a yr old Bengal and a 18 week Ragdoll. When we arrived Katie welcomed us and took us to the room the boys would be in. The room had everything the boys would want. I was so impressed the boys just went exploring. Katie sent me lots of pics and updated on how they were doing which was great and put my mind to rest. Would most certainly recommend. Thanks Katie.
