Came here just over a week ago for a tattoo by Kat and was greeted by the lovely Lou at the front desk who was very hospitable, chatty and friendly and made me feel really welcome while I waited.I absolutely LOVE my tattoo! Kat is friendly, professional and absolutely nailed the design. It was exactly as I had imagined it. Thank you to everyone to made my experience here such a good one. X
