I really appreciate how quickly they got back to me when I decided to sell my car. They had an appraiser out within hours and the deal was done fairly quickly. The appraiser was very kind and helpful, and he made the process go a lot easier than I anticipated.

110% fake reviews, take your money and no aftersales or warranty. nothing but issues and all they do is ignore you! Very bad trader, do not recommend!

Great guys.Sid met us both times and helped out with any questions we had. Communication was great, my son contacted Blackline several times and always found they responded quickly.Lots of BMW's and Audi's to choose from.The only downside is the car my son bought has 1 month warranty and we would have preferred 3 months, but he is happy with his car, thank you for quick and easy service.

Poor customer service no help whatsoever when trying to arrange figures, or even talk about the cars details was too busy staring at the computer doing other business people walking in interrupting the conversation. Then lies about cars being held and refusing to let customer arrange their own funds trying to force us into their finance then because we refused they said oh well the cars being sold to someone else

All cars are well presented and emaculate. the finance process is very quick i managed to get my Audi A3 in my hands within 24hrs. Great sales team all very friendly

I picked up my car today after a superb service from beginning to end. I would gladly suggest Blackline Motors and would absolutely use them again.

Do not buy from this place! Purchased a car and within 2 days of having warning lights popped up and it’s in a bad condition. When I was told it’s in good working order when purchasing it. Now I have a car which isn’t drivable and very unsafe to use and they are taking no responsibility for it. Taking advantage of unknown members of the public is the worst! You should be ashamed

Lucky escape now reading these reviews. Was interested in a discovery although it's well overpriced negotiating with them is not an attribute by all accounts. Offered me a grand under what my car is worth. Alarm bells straight away even we buy any car offered a grand more. Seems they don't want me to buy the car as I said it's cash SALE. Reading these reviews I feel I've got out of bad dealer. Keep your car I'm going to buy another one today from someone elseUPDATEapparently they don't appreciate honest reviews from the experience I've received. According to Jo but hey if you treated me better you'd of made a sale. Remember the first rule in sales.... People only buy from people they like. You have 2 mins to make that happen.
