Unreliable send tracker details turn them off to arrivedthen don't arrive .when phoned office to explain toldwill be there in 2 mins 18 mins later still not turned up to late for my appointment not good I presume then because it was only short journey the firm doesn't want short journey for disabled that have difficulty walking without tri walker or is it there money isn't good enough .

Great reliable and friendly taxi service. Used for 2nd time for airport transfer. Ontime, and vehicle more than suitable to accomodate bags, pram and a seat fot my 4 yr old daughter which is most important for me.

Picked up this morning 22/12/22 for the airport. Driver arrived early, had a text to say he was on his way. Another text when he arrived with name & reg no. of vehicle. Our driver Ian was most helpful with cases and very pleasant. EXCELLENT company. Will definitely recommend and use again. 5star.

Thank you to the driver who took me to Poppies Dentist Stretford . I was so nervous but the driver was very understanding and let me waffle on and understood how I felt. The lady on the switch is so helpful too . I actually got my tooth done Phew. I would recommend to nervous passengers.
