The food is absolutely horrible. We placed an order with Uber eat. The food arrived very quickly but wasn’t eatable apart from the fries. The chicken wasn’t fresh and was too dry. The corn was terrible. I don’t recommend that place which should receive a visit an inspection from the food standard agency.

When the business first opened it was good, now food is average, on top of it there staff customer service skills are zero,they will try there best to ignore customers and prefer delivery drivers. I have been there couple of times, being neglected so left without ordering food.Ordered one day on Uber but it took ages to arrive.I think the reason is they don't have another chicken cottage as competitor in area.

Absolutely horrid! Never buying again!!! Stale chips and slimy chicken my kids were complaining to me that their stomach was aching. The burger was so dry and chicken tasted so plain and definitely not good for the price £19! I spent.

For a fast food outlet, the place looks great, very clean and spacious, seats to eat at and varied menu. Could tell the staff took pride in it and had put effort in to make it a good, new addition to the high street.Obviously, there's the issue of more fast food outlets in the area and the knock on effect to public health, but parking that issue, the store itself is clean and well maintained.

Chips undercooked, poor selection of drinks. Fillet burger tiny and so so dry. Go to Morley's instead

Food is decent, good location and fast serviceTakeaway bag for chips and burger box transfers the ink onto skin, tissue etc which is disappointing

Horrible food, old bun and clearly wasn't fresh and chicken was pre-cooked (which they re-heated up)... the piece of chicken in the sandwich is literally the size of a chicken nugget... very disappointed for the £5.5 meal

Excellent little chicken shop with great and fast service, terrific wraps and burgers, and spicy chicken wings. The place is quite new, and very clean. The food is made fresh and in front of you so don’t expect fast food level speed. The few extra minutes’ wait is totally worth it. The manager is very friendly and accommodating. Had the spicy wrap, vegetable burger, and fries. All made beautifully.
