They don’t take ‘big’ parcels! I have a parcel about 36x18 and 1 inch depth - flat ish.Not interested.Accurate measurements (above was estimate)87cm x 51cm x 3 cm. No heavier than half kilo.They finally accepted it - reluctantly, and I was then told very rudely not to bring large parcels again. Don’t worry- wouldn’t use this place again if my life depended on it.Their reputation preceded my visit, I had thought maybe it was just gossip - sadly it’s all true. Rude and unhelpful.
