I got my eyebrows waxed today by Hannah and she was so amazing! She’s really friendly and professional. She shows you what she will do before she starts and she makes sure you will like it. I was really happy with the way my eyebrows turned out after my treatment. Will definitely come back next time!

Hannah does an amazing job with brow waxes. She makes you feel relaxed and pampered, but also very efficient and professional. She shows you what she will do before she starts, so you're sure there won't be any surprises. When she finishes and asks if you're happy with it, you feel she genuinely cares, and isn't just asking and hoping you'll say yes!

I have been having brow waxes from Amy for several years and she is amazing! She is a complete artist, always does a wonderful job with my brows. I've felt so comfortable that I took the plunge yesterday for a Fab 4 (tint, brows, lip, chin) and it was excellent. I barely felt a thing and my skin looks great now. Highly recommend!New addition to this review 5 May 2023: Recently been having my brows done by Sophie here. She is brilliant - excellent shape. Really happy with my brows.

I love coming to Benefit for my eyebrow shaping and tinting appointments. I trust Hannah completely with my brows! She always makes them look incredible and it's been hard since to go anywhere else. She is also extremely knowledgeable on all the Benefit products, particularly skincare, and has provided great advice on how I can make my skin healthier and brighter. I walked away with lots of great new products that I'm excited to try (and some freebies!)

I always get my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Hannah and she’s great. This time around I decided to also get lamination done as she’s recently started to offer that. The result was AMAZING. Hannah really knows what she’s doing when it comes to eyebrows, and on top of that she’s really lovely, super attentive, always asks to make sure the final results matches what I had in mind. I couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you for making my brows look fabulous!

I have been visiting the brow bar for several years, and have always been impressed with the level of service. I have had treatments with Hannah twice and she is amazing!! Not only was the service brilliant she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and was good at listening to what I wanted. She is very lovely, and a great asset to the brow bar team!
