Possibly no stars. Looks like it’s either zero or 5. We got zero. 2 months signing forms, to and fro, waiting for them to find the right person. When they did the person resigned before starting with us. Just feel exhausted with the process with no outcome or support. Hope everyone else fairs better

Nudge Education honestly saved my entire family at a point that I believed we couldn't survive another day. I have three SEN children who had been traumatised by mainstream education despite the best efforts of everyone involved. I stumbled across Nudge and they asked me to tell them my child's story and it was the first time any professional had asked such a trauma informed question. They then worked with my eldest son to help guide and navigate him back into real life after being isolated for so long. I love that the focus is on the relationship and getting that right between the child and the education expert and then helping to nudge them onto the path that's best for them. After the success with my eldest I quickly got them onboard for my younger two children who both had equally wonderful experiences. I couldn't recommend Nudge highly enough. A truly bespoke service in stark contrast to my children being so broken by mainstream education in order for them to fit in the boxes""

In every report I wrote how the student was.I wrote on a certain day the student wouldn’t concentrate. I don’t know why.I’ve informed Nudge about this in almost every report, and guess what? The seniors visited on that specific day. And of course they complained that nothing is happening on the session. Felt like I was talking to a wall. The proof exists, well documented.Seniors suggested things. I turned them down since I knew it wouldn’t work. I knew the student better than them. And because, I turned them down, made me look bad and refusing to cooperate with the seniors.Do you have kids? Imagine I come to your house suggesting you how to raise your kids and what you do is wrong, by me visiting you for 30min for maybe three times, only. Not only you wouldn’t like it but you wouldn’t try what I’d suggest. Why? Because you know your kids way better than I do. I might notice something different, but that doesn’t give me the right to insist when you tell me it won’t work.I dislike close minded people, who assume without asking and not open to listening. Never felt appreciated by Nudge.Needless to say communication with Nudge, was very bad. Parents cancelled their sessions and I had no idea, always had to find out when I got there. I’ll have in mind from now on every time I come across a proud company to walk away. Nudge is the second ‘proud’ company, and unprofessional. They don’t listen; they don’t accept feedback, you show them proof and disregard it - You tell them is pink, you show them the colour pink and they tell you is orange.Supposed to have a meeting with someone, twice, after me leaving to discuss my issues,  the meetings never happened of course. Haven’t received an email to reschedule or just letting me know that the meeting was cancelled. On a positive note, Nudge pays back the expenses. I’ll give them that. Not many companies do that so that’s a plus. I was also paid for any cancelled sessions if the notice was less than 48 hours or was informed by the parent on arrival.Never again, thank you.

Awful experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. They used an educational expert" with no SEN or mental health experience in an attempt to support my child with complex needs. All my child's reports said that they needed someone with SEN experience. Nudge thought they could use someone without the necessary experience to quickly try and push my child

I had never heard of Nudge until my 15yo son was assigned a placement with them, in March. I really can’t stress enough, how supportive and attentive my son’s assigned Nudge Education Expert, Kayleigh, was. I can’t thank Kayleigh and Nudge enough, for stepping in and helping my son, in his hour of need.
