I used Paisley Training and Consultancy to help me with cqc registration for my new domiciliary care service. I had looked at other companies but went with this consultancy after they were recommended to me. I rang them and they arranged to come to London to meet me and my business partners. Mark and Tracey really explained things well and gave us lots of useful documents and guidance. It helped that they had managed care themselves and gave lots of practical help and tips based on their expertise. I am very happy with this consultancy, I will be using them again to help us with our compliance and staff induction training.

Met this training company at an exhibition in Preston. I’m a new care manager after being promoted. I wanted training to help me with CQC compliance and safeguarding at manager level. These guys were good to talk to, met the guys who actually do the training and they were helpful and professional. I learnt a lot talking to them, no pressure at all to buy anything. I’m booking on a few of their training days - CQC compliance, CQC audits and manager safeguarding. Might do deaf awareness and sign language as well. I contacted them last week to ask about care training courses near me and wanted to know what they provided. I wanted face to face training with experienced trainers, I don't use e-learning. The person I spoke to was really knowledgable and answered all my questions about care training courses and safeguarding training courses. I was given different options for training and could choose to go to one of their set courses or have them in house in our care home. It was easier for us to have the training courses in house. They sent me the information that I needed about courses so I was able to look at this and have booked with them. There was no problems at all with the enquiry or booking, very good to deal with, looking forward to the training courses. Would recommend if you are looking for a health and social care training company.

Best Registered Manager training I have done.Went on one of their CQC care compliance courses after seeing them on facebook and twitter. I wasn't sure what to expect but I learned so much!! Gave lots of handouts too which they emailed as well. Got lots to use at work and have a long to do list!They knew what they were talking about and really helped me.
