Mostly haves everything for vehicles if not ordered for next day

Very helpful unfortunately didn't have 3 items I needed

Relatively competitive prices but few parking places and not always a friendly welcome but maybe expecting too much from an auto parts supplier.

No efficiency, no matter what time you get here, there’s always a queue. One person on the till, no separate click and collect which would make more sense. Process needs reviewing massively, will avoid using at all costs if I can help it. 30min plus queue at least.

Amazing level of stock, good priced and very helpful knowledgeable staff.

Called to buy website offer on service parts. Told to order by on-line to get discount. Unable to order on the website and collect immediately. Staff unable to override online pricelist. Waste of time.

I have used this euro car parts for a few years now and it has always been brilliant, staff helpful and friendly with great prices online (almsot always a promo code sale on!) and easy collection process. Location is easy to find and now have charging bays too. I notice they always have a lot of stock, never really having to travel further to another branch for parts!I had an experience that made me want to write this review. A few weeks back I was in need of a replacement caliper for my car very quickly as it decided to seize up the day before a driving holiday to germany. Euro car parts had mine in stock which was perfect and I went to collect it straight away. I went in with my old caliper to exchange and they took the surcharge off there and then, perfect! I went home to fit the caliper and realised in my rush, I left the sliders on the old caliper. I went to go back and get them but realised it was 15:55 on a sunday and I wouldnt make it in time.Thankfully the amazing staff member at euro car parts picked up the phone just before closing time and managed to leave my sliders in a safe place outside for me to collect which allowed me to collect and get my car back on the road, saving my whole holiday. Very thankful as my silly mistake nearly cost me big!Will always be using Euro Car Parts!
