Although I live some distance away I found this car dealer online who were selling a make/model that I had been looking for.On arrival to view the car Pete was extremely helpful and allowed me to spend as much time as I liked looking over the vehicle inside and out and then invited me to take an unaccompanied test drive. There was no pressure sales involved and in expressing my wish to purchase the car he readily agreed to deal with one or two issues which I had pointed out including some scratches to the roof.I collected the car a week later. Everything had been done as agreed and I was delighted to take possession.Pete also handed over a bottle of Prosecco as a thank you for my custom which was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use this company again. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and overall I found the whole process a delightful experience.

If you are looking to buy a fiat 500 I would highly recommend Lyons Farm Cars. They are extremely knowledgable and to make it even better, they are all a very friendly and welcoming bunch. Had a great experience picking up my new car and part exchanging my old one this weekend and will certainly be returning in the future when I get my next one. Love my new car very much!

Love the team at Lyons, especially Nigel! Bought a second hand 500C with super low mileage for a great price, they let us do an unaccompanied test drive, so we could really see what the car was like, and when there was some damage to the seats they replaced the entire seats for no extra before I bought.All the staff were super friendly and as a woman you sometimes worry car dealerships will scam you but at Lyons farm you feel well taken care of and not taken advantage of. I'd recommend to anyone!

Really positive experience.The team were helpful without being pushy.I found a car I liked and asked for a couple of parts to be changed before purchase which was no problem.After pickup the car up a lightbulb went and I contacted Pete who said to come in and he would get it replaced. I was genuinely impressed with the service before and after purchase. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience, would highly recommend! From the get-go the entire Lyons team were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were specifically interested in a Fiat 500 but weren't sure which engine/model we wanted to go for. We pretty much test drove every type of 500 there is - they specialise in them so this is the place to go! - and were never left feeling that we were too much bother. In fact they encouraged us to make sure that we tried and tested as many as possible so that if and when we decided on one it would be the right one. Never at any point did we feel pressurised and pretty early on we knew we'd rather wait for the right car from them than buy elsewhere. Which is exactly what we did and we're thrilled with our new little 500 pocket rocket! The entire process was a delight and we'd highly recommend them, especially if you're after a Fiat but they stock other makes and models of cars, so head there first anyway!My husband (a car fanatic!) has bought many cars in the past, the majority from main dealers and was completely blown away by the service we received from Lyons. Hands down they're the best. Thanks Joel and all of the fab team, we miss you already! :)

Can't rate Lyons Farm highly enough. No questions was too annoying and they were everything you hope for when buying a car. Kind, super funny, really welcoming and not pushy at all. It was important for me to buy somewhere close to home just in case I have any problems and I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Joe and team for all your help and being so human!
