Really bad operation I ordered on line wouldn’t take a payment, then ask for store would like to pick up your goods and completeI travelled 25 miles to the store. They say no idea about the order and this can take 3 weeks for the order, absolutely clue lessGood job not paid for it otherwise would be nightmare

My wife and I were on the hunt for a new bedroom carpet and underlay. Our local shop closed down some months ago, so we visited Warrington, and found Tapi Carpets and Flooring, a company I have never heard of. Oh my gosh, what fantastic service. The two sales managers were to say the least, excellent, its the first time I have enjoyed an experienced shopping for household goods. They made the process, and experience, simple, and enjoyable, with their depth of knowledge, and the non pushy sales style were a pleasure. Thanks guys for all your help, and I am sure your fitters will match up to your standards. Thanks again.

Absolutely horrific experience made my house buying/moving even more stressful.Rushed job done by fitters provided by Tapi lead to battered door frames and sliced kitchen cupboards units, wonky scotia in the wrong colour, poorly fitted vinyl in 2 bathrooms and wrong colour sealant not even squashed down and missing in some areas. In all, not the service I paid for. Fitted in June, complained to Tapi in June, was told my complaint is with the fitter, not heard from the fitter since August when he claimed his insurer would be in contact with me. No contact from insurer. 5 months on, no refund, no responsibility taken by Tapi. Absolutely awful experience be careful when using this company, they are not at all discerning in the fitters they choose and take no responsibility when things go wrong with the fitting, just pass you over to the cowboy who wrecked your house! Considering litigation as 5 months on zero resolution or responsibility is not good enough.

We had a fabulous experience with Tapi who supplied and fitted our carpets throughout, along with a gorgeous stair runner.Geraldine was excellent helping us to make the right choices, Gary measured and gave advice and Wesley was brilliant with the fitting! From start to finish, this has definitely been a fantastic customer experience. Ordering was easy and the way Gary was able to quickly and efficiently work out our dimensions needed of carpet and cost was just quality customer services. We were quoted a price, paid and were booked in for a professional measure 2 days later. Gary came round and took the measurements and found some things we needed to change like where the join was, extra flooring needed in some areas and extra door thingies- but at no point did the cost go up or change. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and completed the task with humour and an obvious enjoyment for what he does. The flooring was delivered to store within 3 days and we were booked in by the next week to have it fitted.The fitters were again a credit to your company. They were so friendly and hardworking. They rang prior to coming for a time slot and then worked their absolute socks off in the heat to finish the flooring to a very high standard. We would definitely be using Tapi again and would recommend to friends and family.

Never used Tapi's before but they came recommended by a friend. I was approached by a gentlemen who was very accommodating, introduced himself as Simon. The whole experience was very relaxed with no pressure. Simon's knowledge of the flooring industry was exceptional. I like the no pressure approach and all though we didn't buy on the day as we were just looking for ideas Simon has definitely left an impression on us. We will definitely be back when we have completed our project and need flooring...thanks Simon 5*

One of the most shoddy and unprofessional bunch of people who are totally unaccountable, We got a premium 20 year guaranteed vinyl tiles which took 4 weeks of disruption to fit and left with a floor which is opening up all over the place as you can see. The company has no transparent complaints management system, the store manager does not want to escalate or share the report of the independent surveyor as what was wrong in the first place. Please avoid these bunch of cowboys if you want a good service or product for your hard earned cash.

Couldn’t have wished for nicer staff members. Initially had a friendly welcome from Simon then a lovely lady called Geraldine took over. Excellent knowledge and great with colours. Chose everything we needed for our new house in less than an hour. Gary visited the house to make sure everything would fit and carpets were fitted within a week. Goes a long way to have friendly approachable staff these days where you are made to feel valued & where they do as much as possible to make their promises become reality. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends & family & without doubt would use again in the future, thank you tapi in Warrington
